I like the effect but the taste isn't amazing just FYI. I really enjoyed the taste of the glutathione one better. This 1 has a medicinal flavor ink. But it did help me feel better recovered after a rough work out.

I’m really impressed with ESTHER FORMULA NMN Phytos Film 2X! The orally melting film format is super convenient to use—no need for water, it just dissolves quickly in the mouth. It gives a nice energy boost, feels easy on the stomach, and is very comfortable to take daily. Great quality product, will definitely repurchasing
