These are okay, I thought they were going to be thinner so be warned when you put them on the roof of your mouth. They are thicker than you would expect and do not dissolve right away. The flavor of these are sour so I recommend keeping water close by to get rid of the flavor.

very convenient and easy to add to my daily routine. I like the film format because it’s simple to take anywhere without needing water or preparation.
