taste is pleasant, it takes so little space and its perfect for travel and to take on the go. I only took 1 so still dont know about results but so far so good !

Whenever I need energy boost,i use it . It taste ist ok and they melt very quickly .perfect for mothers with energy kiddos 😍

The flavor of these are less than ideal but I am hopeful of the possible results from this supplement.

These are okay, I thought they were going to be thinner so be warned when you put them on the roof of your mouth. They are thicker than you would expect and do not dissolve right away. The flavor of these are sour so I recommend keeping water close by to get rid of the flavor.
