It has a somewhat sticky consistency. Great, long-lasting, Intense hydration. The scent isn't perfumed, but it's fine.

Love this lip mask. I use this as a normal lip balm at night to lock in moisture and hydration when I sleep. When I wake up the next day, my lips does not feel dry. It does not have an uncomfortable sticky feel for me.

I honestly didn’t see why the hyper about it it’s like you put onion and stick on top of your lips. Zero regrets wine.
