I am really not a fan of this spot cream because the results are just way too slow. To be honest, I was expecting much more from the "reedle" technology, but it takes far too long to see any real improvement in my breakouts. It might be gentle, but it definitely isn't the fast-acting solution I was hoping for.

This cream is really effective; the spots disappear quickly. You can definitely feel the tiny needles.
