Not really impressed. Feels like just chemical water on my skin. I haven’t noticed a difference in hydration at all and I’m pretty bummed

This toner is amazing! It’s super lightweight, absorbs instantly, and leaves my skin feeling incredibly hydrated and refreshed. No sticky residue at all. My skin looks much brighter and smoother since I started using it. Will definitely buy again!
