I really enjoyed drinking this tea and it tastes soo good i mix one sachet with 500ml of water and drink it all throughout the day i feel like it gave me more energy and I feel like it keeps me fuller for longer periods of time and it did help with my bowel movement would definitely repurchase again

I bought it after I bought the tablets, but I did not like the taste very much. Note that the more water you add, the less bitter and hard the taste will become and it will become better. So please add more water. It can be mixed even with a regular plastic water bottle.
