Llevo poco usándolo , como tal no me quita el hambre o la ansiedad , pero si me he sentido más desinflamada , su sabor no es malo es neutral , sabe más como a jamaica pero bueno espero ver resultados pronto

It helps a lot to have a better metabolism, I no longer have the anxiety of eating so much since I took that sachet.
