Melts everything off your face. If you spend a few minutes rubbing it into your skin, the whiteheads and blackheads come out with no pressure and no injury to the skin. It takes makeup off very nicely. Sometimes you do have to do two washes, but I don't mind that at all. Leaves skin smooth, soft, and clean.
