So I don’t use this on my eyes, but I use it on my surgical scars on my shoulder and scars I have on my knees. I have seen a change over time with regular usage in the texture and color of the scars. Is there still some hyperpigmentation, yes, but it’s definitely helped reduce it, especially the brown pigmentation around and on my scars. I definitely recommend it for that
