Creamy, but not too thick. Moisturizes and brightens—the only thing this is missing is a little caffeine to depuff, but am happy to go without for this formula. Gigantic tube for an eye cream, and great price. You could use this all over your face if you wanted, without feeling like you were being wasteful!
