Never received order :( no response from custome… |

I haven't received my order placed on 9/23/25 and it's now 10/15. No representative has responded to my messages regarding my order either. My account shows that my order is now "complete". When checking tracking it doesn't show as delivered not even attempt of delivery. I've purchased many orders prior to this, but this is my first issue with not receiving my order. I will update my review with am accurate review if I ever receive my order, but this is my last attempt to get any type of response from a rep.

Obsession with this box, it has everything you need for your routine. I loved all the products. The clean balm was my favorite. The texture of medicube cream is divine. Super recommended
