I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this device and the poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer for the past six years, purchasing many of their skin care and hair care. However I am very disappointed with this purchase. I purchased an expensive Tommy device expecting a high-quality product, but it arrived defective and has never worked. Over the past several weeks , I have sent multiple emails to customer support requesting assistance, a replacement, or a refund. Despite my patience and repeated follow-ups, I have been completely ignored. I have received no meaningful response and no resolution.It is unacceptable for a company to charge premium prices while failing to stand behind its products or support its loyal customers. After six years of supporting this company I expected much better treatment. I hope this review encourages the company to finally address my complaint and serves as a warning to potential buyers to consider the level of customer servic

Works wonders on my stomach. You can really feel it working. I like that you can adjust the intensity and wear when you walk around in the house
