To be honest, this product is a first for me, since I don't usually go for body products on here, not to mention a gua sha serum. So far, it feels okay and doesn't irritate my skin yet. But I mainly use it on my arms, shoulders and torso. The application is okay. If there's one improvement I would like to see in the applicator is if they can make it aluminium or some other more cooling materials. That would make the application and usage experience a lot more plesant. I got it on sale so I don't really have any complain about the price.
