I had been looking for an eye cream with effective ingredients to combat fine lines and dark circles for a while, until I came across SEOUL 1988 Eye Cream with 4% Liposomal Retinal and Fermented Bean Extract. I was excited to hear that there was a liposomal form of retinal, as retinal is usually less common in eye products and the liposomal form is expected to be less irritating. This is something good to use as a newbie to try retinal. I first started with the 2% then moved to this 4% and neither version caused any irritation or perge. I liked the smooth texture and it absorbed quite quickly and nicely. Did it work in 7 days as all the videos you see on social media and the answer is No as skin doesn't work like that. Didnt see any significant change but no new lines appeared and the wrinkles I have are ever so slightly better than before. The positive feedback is that my hormonal acne is not as bad every month. I still get one or 2 spots but not as crazy as before where I would get a full chin or cheeks acne.
