I used it when I go to work. I work outside in the sun a lot so to prevent myself from getting sunburn or sun tan I will wear this and it has helped me a lot. I haven’t gotten a sunburn since I started using it. Only downside is that it does have a chemical smell to it when you wear it and takes a while for it to go away.
