I love these jelly supplements, they are very easy to take. I haven’t noticed any difference though, so I cannot comment on their effectiveness yet.

I took 2 packages, so far didn't noticed weight loss, but it improved digestion, which is very good. Easy to take anywhere, very delicious taste! Didn't notice lesser appetite, but promotes faster bowel movements.
