I bought this to use daily, I have a sensitive combination skin that is dryer lately. I love how the pack is full of essence and easy to use. It is the perfect for rewinding at the end of a stressful day. I’ve been using it for a week so I don’t know about it’s long time effect but I wish it was fragrance free
