mel...@	I am a fan of foodology products. I love the natural ingredients. it helped me lose about 1-2 kilos after using it for a month. it also helped my food cravings. The juice has a bitter and after taste but the jelly is yummy! I love and i particularly bought again the 4 tablets. The one is honestly effective. its my 3rd box already
