The box is truly gorgeous. The contents are magnificent. I can't wait to try everything. But I also ordered lip balms. I ordered 5 pieces for 1 dollar and unfortunately, none of them arrived. They issued a refund, but only returned one balm. Why they didn't refund the other 4 is beyond me. I expected that they would probably send 4, but there was no fifth, but no, none of them arrived.
