Here is an honest review. First of all, the smell is so good, I could get drunk in it. Eyeing their hair perfume now. Second of all, don't let the watery texture fool you, it will completely cover your hair like a regular conditioner, just less heavy. Third of all, I used it without a conditioner as I have very oily hair. If you have oily hair like me, this is the perfect substitute for a conditioner. My hair turned out very soft, light, smooth and frizz-free. Visible difference. Attached a picture of how my damaged hair looks after using Moev hair vinegar paired with this Moev water treatment after drying it out. I'll stock up on this anytime I see a sale.
