It’s okay, but if you’re really looking for the actual effect of apple cider vinegar, I doubt eating a stick that is more like a snack would really help you with your goal.

So far, i haven’t seen any difference between the flavours. As in how effective. But the taste wise, is a bit bitter. But still useful
