I tried the Colelogy Cutting Jelly for 2 and a half month after lunch or dinner. It helps me to feel less bloated and after consuming the Jelly the bowel is quite large. I don't feel like binge eating and eating normal meals makes my stomach full for a longer time.

probably my 7th purchase already, and that says everything! I keep coming back because it’s so easy to include in my daily routine.
