I can't make any claims to hair growth or improvement with strength/length. I like the moisturizing feeling, great for my sometimes dry and itchy scalp. However it is a bit pricey. You can really make your own moisturizing hair tonic. I make my own tonic; just got tired of making my own and purchased this one.
