My order just arrived in perfect condition, and I really like how compact and portable the size is. I read that the best way to use it is by placing a film on the roof of your mouth and letting it fully dissolve on its own for maximum absorption, without chewing or drinking water right away. Taking it on an empty stomach before eating works best. To be honest, I didn't particularly enjoy the taste, but it's manageable. I plan to stay consistent and finish the whole pack, and I'll definitely come back to update my review with the final results!

I’ve been taking it for a few days, haven’t seen much difference but I guess it takes time. The taste is a bit strong but tolerable for me.

Soy fan de las lámina de Esther fórmula y en cuanto al glutathiine 9X quedé encantada con la efectividad del producto, recomiendo comprarlo, no solo este sino los otros también.
