I started to love foodology products. I can’t talk about loosing body fat or weight because I’ve just been taking them for a couple of days, but I will review again after a some weeks.

I got the trio pack of the Coleology jelly on sale to try them out since a lot of people were reviewing them and recommending the cutting jelly one. So far, it is an okay snack substitute. I haven't been using them long enough to see any difference but we will see. I tend to keep one or two in my bag, and I usually have one in the afternoon since I don't usually have lunch. The taste is okay, if not a bit sweet for my liking. The chia seeds give it a nice texture and chew, and I like that. I will try them out longer and give an update.
