Love these . Although u dont need to use it every day , 2-3 times a week to start with is fine . But i use it almost every single dat . Just be light weighted on ypur hand . I have oily T-zone and blackheads , my pores have shrinked in and they are much cleaner now . I bought it for myself and to gift my family and friends also :)
