I ordered 2 [Centellian24] Madeca Cream Time Reverse 50ml (+15ml*2ea) CODE : CTS09-MC.

Upon opening the package, I noticed that I did not receive the 2x 15ml free [Centellian24] Madeca Cream Time Reverse which was supposed to come with the two [Centellian24] Madeca Cream Time Reverse 50ml I purchased. The free 15ml extras was the reason why I bought 2 [Centellian24] Madeca Cream Time Reverse 50ml more in my second order. I further noticed that this product is currently still under the same promotion (receiving the 15ml *x2 free with every 50ml purchased) - so it's not sold out.

I am very disappointed in not receiving my 4 free 15ml [Centellian24] Madeca Cream Time Reverse as the size is perfect for a handbag / travel bag. I already sent 3 enquiries through StyleKorea's Q&A, but after more that a week - NO RESPONSE AT ALL!  I placed a new order in the meantime, so they can just add it to my order, but I've been waiting so long for StyleKorea's response that 3 of the items I really liked, have been sold out. Is this Q&A even monitored? I am really not impressed with your customer service!
