This is the best milk essence or toner out there. Although I use it as a moisturizer because I’m oily to combo skin type but it’s also a very good pair with someone on Tretinoin. Very hydrating

All I have to say is that I love this toner. I have seen the difference in my skin. It's rich and thick and so much better than the Rhode rice milk toner. I highly recommend this rice toner to everyone.

Great formula and feel, but not the best for layering other products for my normal skin likely cuz of oils on top of the ingredient list and shea butter.
