I ordered a package worth $120, and this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with an online store.
For the second month now, I’ve been contacting support trying to get any clear answer about my order. The package was trackable, and according to the tracking information, it was returned back to Korea. I never received it — but I also haven’t received a refund.
What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. My messages are either ignored or the conversations are simply closed without any real response or solution. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this, but nothing changes.
Please be careful when ordering from this site. If you run into any issues, don’t expect real help from customer support. You may end up spending months trying to get answers, only to be ignored or dismissed.
