I am typically a 36B-38B and a Large in most American single size bralettes (aerie, yoga brands like Athleta, etc) - a large in this was comically too tight. I chose not to send it back and ended up cutting the fabric carefully until it fit a bit better. Haven't worn for long enough to go e a full review.
