The bra is light and comfy. And I definitely feel like I’m standing more straight up while wearing it. My son even asked if I grew taller. I would say it def supports your posture and will recommend it to others!

I love how smoothly this bra fits against my body. It doesn’t gap or show under my clothes, which makes it great for wearing with T-shirts and fitted tops. Comfortable everyday bra, it's a full cup so the size was bigger than I thought. The fabric is soft and breathable, and the wide straps don't dig in even after a full day of wear. Definitely helps my posture. Pads are fixed so washing is really convenient. Would totally buy it again!!
