I’ve been using the ESTHER FORMULA Liposome Glutathione Direct Ultra X and it’s been easy to include in my daily routine. The sachets are convenient and travel-friendly, so it’s simple to stay consistent. The taste is mild and not too strong, which makes it more comfortable to take compared to other supplements I’ve tried.
