Madagascar Centella Cream has a gel consistency and a beautiful dark amber color. I do not notice a scent, but someone with a more sensitive nose may have a different experience. It does hydrate and leave a dewy finish.

The first time i saw the thick texture, it was hard for me to believe that this moisturizer would suit my oily skin because i was really afraid that this moisturizer would have a sticky feel & have difficulty absorbing it into the skin. But once i tried it directly on the skin, it turned out that my guess was wrong. This moisturizer has a light feel even though the texture does look like a really thick gel with a brown color. But once it's evenly blended into the skin, it's really easy & absorbs quickly with a matte finish (not sticky & wet). Like the ampoule, this moisturizer doesn't have a scent either

I love the ingredients of this, since it can strengthen our skin barrier to become more stronger. It is a mildly acidic cream thus it is safe for sensitive skin. A brown gel type texture that doesn't feel sticky and quickly absorbs on the skin. Since I have a combination skin, I love using it because it doesn't leave my skin more oily as I apply it.

I just love the gel texture and how lightweight this is! Blends and absorbs easily. Has a bit cooling sensation and it's soothing. Can't wait to use it in the heat of summer.

I'm always looking for lightweight moisturizers that are nevertheless not too lightweight and that deliver loads of moisture because my skin is both highly oily and very prone to dehydration. That's exactly what this cream appeared to be. Four ceramides and centella extract are listed as ingredients in this gel cream's advertising.

This is a new product from SKIN1004 for me, and i was shocked on how good it is!! It is a lightweight gel type texture that felt really hydrating on the skin. This is def one to check out for oily skin types

I suspect this soothing cream is what's causing me to break out. Overall, it's a very nice gel-like cream that applies very smoothly onto the skin & absorbs very quickly, leaving behind no sticky, tacky or oily feeling. It absorbs really quickly, leaving behind nicely moisturized skin that doesn't feel heavy & can layer appropriately with heavier moisturizers on top or even a sleeping mask. I find myself feeling soothed & calm after using this product. However, after using it for only 4 days, I started to break out very badly. I do suspect it's something else inside this cream, one of the other ingredients within it, that's causing me to break out since I've always had great experiences with centella.
