q4b...@ Sad to say, my feet were neglected. I have very hard callouses on the heels. Not just dry & flaky, but actual hard/dead patches. Used the heel patch one night to soften. I repeated the same the 2nd night. If you have really bad callouses, one pair of patch won’t do the job. After 2 nights, I would say the callouses are 80% removed. Great product!
